Nordform Studio (“Nordform”, “we”, “us”) takes privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
1. What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, email, company (optional), and the details of your inquiry. We do not set advertising cookies. We use standard web server logs (IP, user agent, referrer) for security and abuse prevention.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, staff your project, and maintain accurate client records. We never sell your information.
3. How long we keep it
Inquiry data: 24 months unless you become a client, after which it becomes part of the engagement record. Server logs: 90 days.
4. Your rights
Under GDPR and similar regimes, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@nordform.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
